About Tania von Allmen
Her specialty is a highly effective method of designing true identities (marketing from the “inside out”) for her clients vs. creating just an image (marketing from the “outside in”). You will learn the 3 core words that describe your core passion in business, and then work interactively and collaboratively over a 3 to 4 hour session to create your new logo identity on the spot. The process results in your new logo identity artwork on CD as well as the design of a business card ready to take to the printer. Once your logo design is created, Tania can assist you with other items you may need to market your business, such as the “look and feel” components of a simple website brochure, a printed brochure, postcards, etc. Prior to her design career, Tania spent 8 years in outside sales with extensive training in sales and marketing with hands-on experience in both. She worked for the Dale Carnegie Institute of San Diego and has a wealth of sales, communication, and public speaking experience (winner of the Toastmasters Coastal Division International Speech Contest). This background allows her to design materials for clients that are not only artistically beautiful and visually interesting but utilize proven sales and marketing strategies to get the best results. Some key accomplishments include: • Voted “Home Based Business of the Year” by the River City Small Business/Sacramento Metro Chamber, 1995. She was the first recipient of the honor in the history of the award. • Featured in articles in the Comstock Business, Sacramento Bee, Sacramento Magazine, and Small Business Opportunities magazine. • Nominated twice for a National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Owl Award. • Awarded "Best of Folsom 2008" for Graphic Design • Created proprietary systems for effectively and efficiently designing identities for clients. • Identified her greatest passion — doing great work for great people and making friends along the way.
