If a Life Map is a symbolic road map for an Individual, the Business Action Map is a symbolic road map for a small business. Using my graphic facilitation skills, the Business Action Map unfolds as a 3-Step Process:

- We meet to discuss your business, including how and why it started, where you’ve been, where you are now, and where it’s potentially going. We discuss your unique strengths, services, and your clients. Basically, anything that is relevant to understanding and representing the “shape” and “story” of your business.
- I create a visual symbolic representation of your business that will assist you in “connecting the dots”, and seeing potential gaps and opportunities. We meet a second time to discuss and refine the ingredients in the map in rough sketch form.
- I create a large format wall graphic you can use as a tool for inspiration, strategic planning, goal setting, and where to focus your resources.We meet to deliver your chart and make any small final additions to the chart.
You receive the wall graphic as a deliverable in a protective mailing tube. You can have it scanned into PDF file format for an additional $40.
